What is your policy on cancellations?
To ensure optimal service for all clients, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Timeframe: Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made outside the specified timeframe or no-shows without prior notice will result in forfeiture of any paid deposit.
Deposit and Reservation: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, applied toward the total service cost. In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable.
Booking Service Changes: Any changes to a booked service require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: For appointment rescheduling, provide sufficient notice within the cancellation timeframe. We’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.
Emergency Situations: In genuine emergencies outside the cancellation timeframe, contact us promptly. Such situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
